With so much data to explore, how could i make this easy for anyone to understand.
Though a few rounds of rapid prototyping, internal and experternal user testing show us the path we should head down. Surface spikes in recent negative or positive sentiment and drive to user to take action on those reviews.


Users also want to know how each of their locations stacks up against each other. This might be for bragging rights or to she what location gets bonuses.

This product feature is now live and always being improved.
My role on the project was lead UX/UI designer. I collaborated with our data scientists, software engineers and product managers on creating wireframes, flowcharts and visual design for each piece of the feature.
